Interpretation and interpreters

Consecutive Interpreting

During consecutive interpreting, speakers/commentators pause periodically during their speeches so that the interpreter can synthesize the speech in the foreign language after taking notes.

Simultaneous interpreting

Simultaneous interpreting involves the immediate reproduction of speech in the target language. When the speaker speaks, the interpreter waits ten seconds to begin relaying the message in the target language, while the audience listens to the interpretation through headphones.

Telephone Interpreting

Telephone interpreting is a cost-effective option that allows us to save on travel or other expenses. It is designed for businesses or individuals who require remote translation for interviews or negotiations by telephone or via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Liaison Interpreting or Bilingual Escort

Liaison interpreting is intended for sessions where the interpreter is present during negotiations and interviews and automatically reproduces the speech of the speakers/commentators in the target language. This allows participants to communicate without needing to actually know the foreign language.

Whispering

During whispering interpretation, the interpreter places themselves in a position inferior to the interlocutors/commentators. The interpreter whispers, hence the French name for this type of interpretation, "chuchotage," the various translations of speeches.
